Grunwald Sanatorium
is a historic building which housed Dr Hermann Brehmer’s tuberculosis treatment center. Ruined by years of neglect and a fire, since 2010 it has been renovated by the In Situ Contemporary Art Foundation, which is creating an International Laboratory of Culture there. The huge historical building made of red brick is topped with a tower with a viewing platform – one of the most spectacular observation points in Sokołowsko.
