As part of the Congress, Pola Sutryk will evoke the iconic FOOD restaurant co-founded by artist Gordon Matta-Clark in New York in 1971. The POKARM (eng. food) bistro, which operates under Pola’s direction, will feed delegates during the common breakfasts and dinners.
