The Park
is the central part of the historical park and the Grunwald Sanatorium complex. When it was composed, the boundaries between the park and the forest were intentionally blurred, combining walking paths with forest trails, and mountain streams with a system of fountains and artificial springs. In the park one can come across the ruins of 19th century romantic buildings (Herman’s Grotto, Humboldt’s Pavilion, Nymphaeum), as well as traces of the ten editions of the Konteksty Festival of Ephemeral Arts (sculptures by Maria Pinińska-Bereś, Zbigniew Warpechowski).
