is a visual artist, activist and gardener. She runs a community vegetable garden in Warsaw’s Siekierki district. She activates her neighbors and encourages them to take over urban space. In response to the climate catastrophe, she suggests that instead of worrying about the future, we should be rather creating it right now through experiments and DIY practices inspired by science fiction literature.
As part of the Congress, Ola Arent is working on a long-term project to create a plant sanatorium for the pershing insect species from Sokołowsko and the surrounding area. During this year’s edition she will conduct research and a walk.
