Jaśmina Wójcik
is a visual artist, director and educator. Her work focuses on the (in)visibility and (self)representation of marginalized communities. She works in empathic education, developing original practices in creating artistic expression for children. Mother of Lea and Zoja, with whom she also co-creates artistic activities. She combines artistic practice with activism, her actions are often multi-stage processes, open to participation of the groups they concern.
During the Congress, Jaśmina Wójcik together with her daughters and Alka Nauman will animate Głazowisko (eng. Boulder Pit) – an escapist play space for children and adults marked with green banners with quotations from King Matt the First by Janusz Korczak. Lea and Zoja will also act as guides, leading the walks around the park.
