Za czasów świetności sanatorium w Görbersdorfie grota miała ponad 30 metrów długości, a pomieszczenia udekorowane były witrażami i kryształowymi żyrandolami. Dziś do wnętrza groty nie ma dostępu – jej ruiny mogą zawalić się w każdej chwili, o czym przypomina ręcznie malowana tabliczka: WEJŚCIE ZABRONIONE GROZI ŚMIERCIĄ. is an artificial cave hidden on the outskirts of the park, built from flowstone limestone and volcanic tuff from Etna, according to the detailed instructions of Dr. Hermann Brehmer. In the glory days of the Görbersdorf spa, the cave was over 30 metres long and the chambers were decorated with stained glass and crystal chandeliers. Today, there is no access to the inside of the grotto – its ruins can collapse at any time, as a hand-painted sign reminds us: ENTRY FORBIDDEN WITH THE RISK OF DEATH.
